Anyway to increase GTA5 to 200+ fps ?
So my problem is Graphic setting normal/off - high/ultra give me same FPS, dont know why ? around 90-100 fps in the city, if i turn off distance render this can increase but not much, off city like beach or valley give me around 130-150 fps, some time 180, just some time......, i have 240hz monitor so i need to improve my experience, any idea ?
I7 9700K
RTX 2060 Super

you just wont get much or any higher than that i mean, the game is super heavy on CPU so even lowering the settings the doesnt do much in terms of FPS for me, and our CPUs are already top end.

lul, i thought i can get more FPS with more core of CPU...

You may get more FPS Overclocking the CPU, nowhere close to 240 but more than your getting by a bit.

Game mainly uses 1-2 cores. Even the best gaming cpu's peaks a couple cores out and drops gpu usage (like even on my oldish 1070 can't maintain 60 fps with Ultra settings due to gpu usage dropping, aka cpu bottleneck).

You could always lower resolution and run DX10, might help...some.

so this game doesn't support multi core ?

I have noticed that on my 6600k it maxed out the 4 cores so it uses at least 4. but probably somewhere around 6 you dont need more for this game.

How do I know how many cores my CPU is using to run this game?

It'll use more cores, but mainly 1, so per core performance matters drastically.

Open task manaager and tell cpu to display logical processors instead of overal uti.
