I can't buy guns or clothes

I can't buy any clothes,guns or mod any car. Like I go to a mod shop with my car and when I approach it it's normal the garage door opens and I can enter but then the mechanic guy just walks away and I can't do anything in it. It's like when the door opens but you kill the mechanic and you cant mod the car but only drive in the mod shop. Same thing happens when I go in ammu-nation and clothing stores. No noftification appears it's so weird because sometimes the stores work and suddenly they don't.

PS: I can buy soda, access the local atms and go into my vehicle house and export a car so I can interact with certain things but not the shops

Yeah I tried restarting my game and it still was happening so I restarted my computer and it got fixed
