BORROWING GTA 5 ONLINE ACCOUNT

my friend is borrowing my gta5 account. What do i need to give it to him? my whole steam account or my social club account?
PS: He already have gta5 on his computer(STEAM)

to allow him to play with your account you'd ether need to give him your account to play on or if you would like to play other games while he's playing gta 5 you should enable family sharing across the two accounts, ether way you are going to have to give your steam and social club. pretty sure he's going to have to give you his aswel to allow the family sharing (you can read more about it here https://store.steampowered.com/promotion/familysharing but it's the best way to share games with friends)

GTA V does not support Family sharing because of the RSC Account its linked with. Your friend would need complete Access to your Steam account.
It would be the most idiotic thing you could do in giving someone else direct Access to your Steam account. (Which is against the Steam Rules)

My Advice. DONT DO IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You never know what the person is doing with your account and you won´t get any help if something happens because Your Account is YOUR Responsibility.

just let him do it if he really wants to. His acc/profile has some interesting comments, not to mention his vac status. I wonder why his "friend" wants an 8lvl gta:o character especially if he has already the game.

i could be wrong, i was just under the assumption that you could enable family sharing and give them the social club account so that you could play games while they played gta 5 because that's how it works with siege, you can just give them your uplay but social club might not work the same way,
