why in rockstar game social club i can't make a transparent background for the emblem?

in the background box I put the color with the red line but in the game and in the crew the background continues to appear white pls help

Publishing it doesn't automatically make it the emblem you have to manually set it as the emblem yourself

There's a way to do it, but I forget how since I only ever created an emblem once. But if you google for it you'll eventually find it.

I did, where you choose the color for the background, there should be red cross or crossing line to delete colored background. When you publish, it will do without background.

I did it but in the crew logo it continues to appear white
