Hey i've been waiting for my free penthouse since im a twitch prime member. I activate this

"Free Master Penthouse in the Diamond Casino & Resort, GTA$250,000, exclusive weekly discounts on premium items & 10% extra on game-wide discounts"

since 29 of July and yet i still didn't get any of the items. Not even the $250,000. When i was loading into GTA Online, i saw this ads where they said if im a twitch prime member and pay full price (1.5m) of the penthouse, i will get refund back of the money. Is it true? have anyone tried it before?
