GTA V Exited Unexpectedly

I'll cut to the chase, heres my log, if you can define this error please notify me, all a guy wants to do is just walk out a damn house without the game crashing, lol , (I have a backup of the game already {barebones}). I also hear this is related to social club, please let me know if its true.
