Can't look behind(Controllers)

So if I connect my controllers to steam the RS/R3 button won't work in GTA 5 which means I cannot look behind.If I don't connect them to steam I can look behind.Can anybody help me fix this bug if I connect my controllers to steam?(XBOX 360 Wiresless,XBOX One Wiresless,PlayStation 4 DualShock Wireless).

Yes, this happened to me with both PS4 and XBOX controllers for some reason. Just go into settings and map it yourself as 'look behind'. Easy

Never had issues with it, playing with a xbox elite controller.

Just remap R3 to 'look behind' under gamepad settings and it'll be fine.

I just use the DS 4 thing and it works perfectly.Won't use the steam controller configuration anymore.

Download the emulator for ps4 controller. From there u can change whatever you want. Your games will detect your ps4 controller as a Xbox 360.

hey, I have the same problem on a Xbox Elite controller, everything works fine in every other game but in GTA V I can't look behind by clicking on the stick (but it used to work perfectly).
And of course I can't remap it, I restored the default settings but it's still not working.

It sometimes does this on DS4 and XBOX controllers. I don't know why. Double check your Steam default controller settings and then check the settings in-game. If it hasn't reset, then just map the function in-game yourself manually.

In case u still have the problem. I had the same problem before, just simply un-select all the steam controller suggestion will fix it.
