Clothes mod not working

Hello please excuse my bad english i am estonian but i just wanted to ask for some help because i am trying to install 2 clothes mod but they never work despite me placing it in the correct spaces i have tried buying clothes and looking for them at the clothes store also my original house but they aren't there. the two mods are

they both tell me the way to extract is to put it in mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one

i have put it there and enabled edit mode and such but it no work please some help?

Both of those via the comments sound like they need additional mods/tools.
