Does switching to Free Aim lower NPC Accuracy?

Want to git good and switch to free aim. Problem is I already have enough trouble killing npcs even with assisted aim. Will I be completely screwed or is the npc bs accuracy lowered when switching?

nope , it won't affect the AI accuracy and they'll still hit a fly 3km away

I play this game since 2013, when it launched for PS3/360 and I can't say for certain BUT free aim does have a better effect on the AI aimbot BS. When you shoot near a NPC they may flinch and they get stunned if a teammate goes down(they got Sanchez!) that all happens a lot more on free aim than assisted. Free aim enemies also tend to have a delay before shooting, whereas in assisted they're always aiming at you and have no delay to shoot. One last detail about combat is that enemies hit you for higher damage and more often if they aim at your back, so always take cover OR otherwise cover your back.

There is no difference in AI. Auto aim sessions/jobs have a lot more noob players though,
