Tactical clothing not compatible with plate carriers?!

What's the point of having all this military type clothing if you can't wear them with plate carriers? Am I missing something?

Ironically only purchased helmets actually protects you from bullets.

Heavy utility vest on the other hand only helps for older heists, Doomsday Heist is an exception however.

Bottom line the actual thing that helps you to survive on Freemode against attacks are what vehicle you're using, how responsive you're at using armor and snacks via Interaction Menu, etc.

Yeah I figured they didn't add armor I think it's stupid to have all this military gear and I can only wear a plate carrier with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ T-shirt. Lmfao

There's one and it's called 'Heavy Utility Vest' along with 'Bulletproof Helmet'. Note these only apply to old heists, which slower your movement and increase your defense both for your Health and Armor. Helmet on the other hand still useful in Freemode to prevent one shot kill from headshot by exception for explosives.
