How to reset Open IV changes to the game?
I've searched online and they say the only way to do it is to reinstall the game, which is much of a time. I afraid to play online right now because I've accidentally modified the game files and I did delete and reverse then manually but I guess thats still considered changing the game files...

Any help would be great!

Thanks

Clean folder of any non-vanilla files/folders. Verify cache.

Thanks I'm trying this right now.

By doing so, it will remove all the changes I've done to the game via Open IV as well correct?

I'm very immature to the modding side of gta 5 and I already regret changing stuff, now I cant even play online XD

Doing so removes anything you've added to the root gtav folder. Yes, it removes all changes.
If you modded files with openIV and they were in the "mods" folder - you deleted them.
If you modded the "vanilla files" not in the "mods folder" ----- verify cache "should" fix them.
Always use a "mods" folder if you can/have space/etc.
