yes. bunker is more profitable and easier to manage/sell. best setup is chumash or farmhouse location. then you buy equipment+staff upgrades. then instead of stealing supplies you just buy full bar for 75k, when it produces in 2 hours+, you always sell that product with one vehicle. after sale you buy supplies again. until you get hands on nightclub+few more businesses, it's best semi passive money income.
if you still want some mc lab, buy only coke for starters, best location is at alamo sea . maybe you will like it for some unknown reasons.

its subjective actually, the bunker long term has a huge number of benefits, the explosive sniper rounds for example, come from bunker research. alot of the bunker research have very good upgrades and yes, if you can manage to sell your bunker's stock without being griefed by some a hole, it has the best payout altogether. try to make sure you are in a calm lobby before you make your delivery tho, if such a thing exists these days. overall, i'd recommend the bunker.long term tho, you will probably want every business so that your nightclub can produce every type of product with no investment of supplies by you. chumash bunker seems to be the best location. hope this helps!
