Hello, i want to ask how much size to download for GTA V now, because i'm planning to buy it soon.

Probably not. It also depends how they display that download size.
Windows says 88.9gb (95,493,932,073) --- at this time May/2020 -.-
And at one point steam even gave different numbers - and it is a straight download.
(minus expansion/installation of other requirements - which they may have added on)
