^ Except nothing is going to be fixed by verify cache.
gtav > MODS > x64v.rpf - is a subfolder/mods folder.

You have to bite the bullet. Delete gtav / mods / x64v.rpf.
Copy the clean gtav / x64v.rpf to 'mods' and start over.

(though theoretically you should be able to extract/move what you deleted but eh....)
(time/effort - if that is your only modification just nuke the file, copy the vanilla, and try again)

That's not necessary. Just delete x6v.rpf from the mods and use openiv to copy it back from the main game folder.

Well you probably already uninstalled.

Wouldnt I lose my mods?
You are going to lose whatever you did TO that exact file - x64v.rpf. If you only attempted to add 1 mod to that file - no loss. If you've shoveled in 5-6-10.... TO THAT FILE - yep, all gone.

This is why a good practice is to install only 1 mod at a time - and before doing so - make a backup of whichever .rpf you are about to modify so you can roll back if you make a mistake.
Oh okay lol thanks a lot dude. Youre a good person <3
