If you mean regular GTA Online, then you just go to your menu and join online from there.
"RP servers" are not part of the official product, those are mods created by outside third parties.
(I was going to add "don't expect good quality control" with regard to modded gameplay modes, but that holds true for the official version of GTA Online too.)

yep i can play on my laptop with no gta installed only need some files for shaders and sound no exe file needed
