How to unlock hydra trade price
I finished the deliver emp and the humane lab final but I still did not unlock the trade price of hydra.

you did the wrong setup. emp is the one, which features hydra.

no need to be the leader. just do correct setup. "deliver emp" and "emp" are two different ones..
