Yes, I know it's scripted that way, just weird. Like how I can be on the other side of a mountain and one damn cop will walk all the way up and over just to find me. Meanwhile the star just flashed slower and slower, seemingly endlessly so he can find me.
Heh heh, other times I will be 'hiding' (rt bumper) and a cop will walk right past me and not see me.
It's a game, i know. The 'everyone has a phone' idea is probably the best, second would be all npc's are snitches.
It's just a 'feature' I don't get fully, like why i pay for research, bunker, employees to make stuff to sell but I have to PAY to buy my own product to fill my ammo or add explosive rounds. It just isn't right but hey, WTH, right?
