Michael says this to the traffic officer, he later says that on TV and Trevor recognizes the quote and knows Michael is in LS. What if you kill the traffic officer right after you get on the bike? Does he come back to life to repeat the quote in the news?

Sorry, bro. In GTA 4 you have different choices that lead to different cutscenes. I guess GTA V ain't that good...
