I won Rare Hide but I can't find it

I won it from the Lucky Wheel as a Mystery Prize and then my character got stuck, unable to move for a few minutes or click on anything, not even press Esc to open the map or anything. There was nothing on my screen. Only thing I could press was Z that only showed my level and XP progress, but not the minimap. And then my character finally moved on its own (I had overlay open while waiting, almost closed my game).

I went to my office to check on my warehouses and none of them showed to have the Rare Hide, neither did I have it as an option to buy. I then decided to do a buying mission, since I was there already. After I was done with it, I drove to my warehouses to check directly and none of them got the Rare Hide... and yes, all of them had space for crates. Did me doing a buying mission prevented it from getting added to my warehouse or is that a bug and I never actually got it, considering the fact that I got stuck after spinning the wheel?

Anyone had the same problem before? And does anyone know a workaround and if there is a way to recover it?

Nice, still isnt patched.
I have 2 warehouses. Maybe the game pauses until you select a warehouse, but fails to show a list of warehouses.

Wow, won this damn thing just now, got stuck. Found this post while trying to figure out what it was and why it might lock my character in place. Tried do alt-F4 game when to the closing gtav screen and asked if i was ok with losing progress. I believe it is talking about possible progress in story mode. I accepted and now I got back in the game and was standing outside the casino. Tried to reenter to see if the spin counted and started the timer for the next spin, and it froze up showing the outside of the casino for a while then finally loaded. And I have the option to spin again. Odd ♥♥♥♥ this.

Well at least this time I won the car. Counted to 5 instead of 4 before holding S.

Hmm. That's not very encouraging, especially when they plan to release a new game, but I guess the playerbase will be pleased with a fresh new set of bugs which will last them another decade. Might even get some old ones in there for old time's sake.

More likely they have the items in the rewards list for the mystery prize, but however it's defined in said list is not how the assets are referenced by the game, so something isn't getting loaded correctly.. or R* disabled the ability for these special cargo items to be rewarded from the Mystery prize but failed to remove them from the reward list.. last possibility would be it's a bug, and combining how long this has been around vs how close we are to GTA6, I wouldn't expect this to be patched.. ever..

R* didnt care to fix bugs as long they dont harm their business. Business of selling shark cards. Money exploit? Fixed in an hour.

Exactly. Same crap, different name. RDO is a mess and GTA 5 has it's fair share of OLD annoying bugs with the same gimped P2P lobbies... great business model, right? So obviously they lost my business because I don't support that crap.
