Two Prices on the Weaponized Tampa
I'm thinking of getting the Weaponized Tampa, but its listing has two different prices, and it doesn't really say what more I'm getting with the more expensive version. What's the difference? Why is the cheaper option locked behind owning the Mobile Operations Center?

Because it has to be upgraded at the MOC. Los Santos Customs doesnt have weapons and armor plating.

You're not getting more, in fact your getting less at the higher price.

It's upgraded at the MOC, and completing Mobile Ops grants you the lower price.

It's the same car with trade price that needs to be unlocked by doing missions as host and "buy now" price in case if you lazy to do it or can't wait
TLDR - Locked discount

also tampa's main feature are those dual remote miniguns, which first need to be researched at bunker before you can apply them. so if you don't have that research done, don't bother with tampa, get something more useful.

simply hovering your mouse over the lower price would tell you how to unlock it, and a simple google would tell you that it needs to be upgraded at a moc or avenger to get weapons (also you will need to do bunker research to unlock alot of the weapons)
