Switching camera view opens interaction menu

I have trouble switching camera view (1st to 3rd person) no matter if in a vehicle or on foot.
I usually play with an XBOX Controller, so when pressing "Select"-Button, it opens the interaction menu and does not change the camera view.

So i tried pressing "V" on my keyboard - nothing happens.

After a while I realized there are 2 layouts for the controller but I don't understand why or how to choose which one to use.

Anyways... "V"-Key should work but it does not.

Has anyone had this issue? Could this be related to a mod?

Mods I use:
- Menyoo
- Map Editor
- RageHook
- ASI Plugin Loader

I have used the same. Btw menyoo is outdated so it wont work on the current version and wont be updated til feb. Its not the mod as if i press select it changes cam (i use same mods and also an xbox1 controller) check the binds in the controller settings

thanks for your information so I can cut that out.

And yes it's not working with the current game update, that's why I use the previous GTA-V update so far since feb, thanks anyways for remembering me, m8!

I would remove the mods and try to ser if it works vanilla. If so then go to gta5mods dotcom and get the simple trainer. Its been updated to new doomsday heist dlc so you can fly hetpack in sp!!
