ramp buggy and blazer aqua not available

I bought both a while ago and recently when i've been trying to use them it just says not available but doesnt have a timer or anything. I defeinitely own them because i try to buy them and it says i already own them. been like this for a few days

also it lets me sell 1 vehicle every few days irl this game is so buggy it kinda pisses me off they spend time on gambling in-game instead of fixing bugs

Can you drive them out manually? Can you see them in your basement? Your complaint about being able to sell 1 vehicle (assuming it's pv) suggests some possible duping. Maybe you used one of methods related to special vehicles in the past?

i have been blown up by modders when driving my ramp buggy and blazer aqua but then i have also been blown up by them wehen i am in my phantom with ramp and i can still call that

It is the basement of your vehicle warehouse. Go there. Take the stairs down.

Summon a vehicle via the vehicle menu, then summon another. It will say 'not available' if one is being delivered already. If you are standing near your personal vehicle you should get the message that you already have a personal vehicle near by.

Welp, you have obviously called the insurance as well as restarting the game(cheaters can remove vehicles from your garages but they return when you restart) so the next step is contacting R* support and having them fix it for you.

This cannot happen with these vehicles. They have dedicated parking spots in the vehicle cargo garage and the vehicle cargo garage doesn't allow regular cars to be parked in it.

Unless you use exploits. And since I/e update there were bunch of them which allowed you to move other vehicles there. People heavily used vehicle warehouse for duping. Op in his initial post even mentions having troubles with selling cars. So it would make sense that he killed some spots in his warehouse doing same shady stuff. And recently potentially was selling large amounts of pvs.
