New Rockstar Launcher is really slow

This thing adds another minute to the total loading time of the game just because it stays there trying to connect to the Rockstar network. As if the game wasn't already taking ages to load. This is ridiculous. Also, why does a damn launcher need to be 1GB?

It did the same before also and was loading before the game lauched. And as for the size

I agree. Still trying to figure out why they even added that. Did they add it for security reasons so they can stop the modding problems, because lets face it modding is a huge problem on gta online and its ruining the game slowly.

New launcher has nothing to do with stopping modders, it was mainly pre released now to iron out issues with the laucher before the upcoming new release of their new game.
