97/100 Action Figures. Is there a way to see which one I'm missing?

I saved a map to my phone and marked them off as I went through each one but I ended up with 97/100 and all the blips are crossed off except for the two at the airplane graveyard.

I did some searching and a lot of people said this is a glitch while others said they simply didn't collect one when they thought they did. Is there a way to figure out which one I'm missing or am I doomed to slog through all 98 locations again?

I got 95/100, I was wondering the same thing. I know the last two show up in the plane junkyard after you collect the other 98 action figures.

Well, i know this is from september but im having the same problem. I collected all of the 98(but the two on the airplanes) and i only have 95/100...
I dont know what to do

Wish I could help you but I've gone back through these at least four different times after big updates to see if it will respawn the one I'm missing but no luck. My buddy has the same issue with the new signal jammers and considering he and I went through and found them all together the day they were released (and hit the same ones), we can only come up with this game being glitched with collectibles.

I know when I collected my figurines, the one in Grapeseed was invisible (which is why it took me so long to find it), but when I finally walked into the water cooler where it's supposed to be, I got the noise and notification that it was collected, but I have no clue if it actually added to my total.

Same garbage happening to me. 97/100. Ran through the entire list twice more just to be sure. I'm using a map by @darkbleeter and cross-checking it with the FoxySnaps map and video.

some of the figurines are hidden pretty badly. They also spawn in pretty late so you have to be real close to the right location.
i can remember this one, hidden in a dumpster at the peer of chumash or one in el burro heights hidden in some tubes. It didn't appeared as i flew by, so i had to revisit the location on food.
try running around at every location and climb at the furniture or obstacles if possible

same thing for the jammers, i did it at release day too and at least 3 of them can't be locked on
i would start with those first and see if he missed one of them
gwc building, kortz center and the rockford hills police station, if i remember correctly


i also had some trouble with all acess points of the casino and needed a few attemp until all were correctly recognized by lester. The last missing one was unlocked through taking a picture of complete different entrance

It amazes me that people still come to this thread and just tell us that some are hidden well even after we said we've searched the areas multiple times using different guides and videos.

So, just to clear up any confusion for any future posters. Some of the collectibles are glitched for people. That's just the way it is. For me, it's the figurines. For my buddy, it's the signal jammers (not a huge loss since that extra 10 seconds for the silent approach means nothing). For many others, it's the figurines or cards or signal jammers. No amount of "just look harder" is going to magically cause these glitches to disappear.

I appreciate people still trying to help, but saying to go over the area again with a fine-tooth comb is just beating a clearly dead horse.

awww man I had this while trying to do every role on the heists award :( took me ages to figure out I just needed to drive the other lost van back. Something I had done many times with the other van :P

I used the GTA fandom wiki map

and ended up with 95/100. I ran through the location again (sigh) and found 2 more figures at location 44&45. Not sure if I really missed them the first time or it was bugged. But I was still missing one lmao. After did a little bit research, I realized I didn't shot the window and climbed inside of the building to get #90 action figure which inside of a water vending machine. The interesting part is, there is the same layout of those two vending machines inside and outside of the building. So I checked the one outside at the first time not knowing it was inside, but I also remembered it has one outside. Either I remembered incorrectly, or you have to get the one outside first then inside. Hopefully this helps anyone with the same issue.
