What is the best clubhouse location?

About to buy my first clubhouse, want to make sure I'm picking a decent spot. I know functionally they are all the same, but doesn't the location matter at least somewhat?

Buy it around Sandy Shores (there are 3 of them, and my preference so far is smth smth Chapparal). I know, it's very far from Los Santos, but in the end you'll buy yourself cheapest factories which located around Sandy Shores as well. Note the clubhouse also included with bed in default so you can spawn inside there as well.

Basically this. Treat it as high-end garage but with functionality as MC which allows you to become MC president to manage MC activities.

Counterpoint: Because there's really no good reason to buy any of the MC businesses except the ones located in Sandy Shores (which are not only the cheapest but also have the shortest average delivery routes), you should instead buy a MC Clubhouse located in a convenient spot in the city, preferably near your CEO Office or (future) Nightclub. Then you can check your MC business production levels whether you're in the city or in the desert, as the Clubhouse laptop puts every business's current status on a single easy-to-read screen. I think that's well worth the extra $200k for a city location. Hell, I'd pay double that amount to install that laptop in a Terrorbyte.

I do agree with Winter Root that a spawn point in the Cocaine-Cash-Meth triangle of western Sandy Shores is valuable, but you can accomplish that better with one of several cheap standalone garages in the area (only $17k this week), or a Bunker or Facility. Going against conventional wisdom and buying a Bunker there makes sense for people who prefer to deliver full businesses, because that will shorten all those trips where you have to click Resupply multiple times on all the business laptops. Whereas if you mostly work solo, stick with the usual advice of buying one of the two southern-most Bunkers, because in that case you'll only be clicking Resupply right before you click Sell, which will take you out of the area anyway.

You basically only need the clubhouse to use as a spawn point and to check the computer for the supply/stock status.

This means you want the clubhouse in the general vicinity of your MC businesses.
So, the question needs to be "what is the best location for biker businesses?"

And that one is easy:
All the ones in the center of the map, around Alamo Sea in Harmony, Sandy Shores and Grapeseed.

The reason:
You always want to sell the bigger distance for the higher profit.
From those central locations the furthest you need to go is Del Perro and East Los Santos.

On the other hand, with business properties in Los Santos, you will get some deliveries all across the map to Paleto Bay and vice versa.
