Rockstar activation code already in use? what is this about

since the new launcher thing came out, i cant play the game anymore. (i dont have a pc so i go to netshops to play it, so i cant open any folders btw)

so it says to enter the rockstar activation code, but a code is already there and if i click the "Check" button this red warning thing says that the code is already in use.. so did i just get locked out of the game i bought? what can i do?

it may not, the new launcher requires updates to .net and access to msinfo/dxdiag. if you are on a computer that doesn't allow access to those things then you wont be able to run it any more.

Turns out all i had to do was "verify integrity of game files" it took a long while

but yeaa.. new problem, why am i forced to repeat the prologue everytime i launch the game? (it says something about cloud saves not working?)

ehhh i dont care anymore, ill wait a couple months till whatever

GTA V > Properties > local files > view integrity of game files

this worked for me

I reinstalled the GTA V and login and then it wants activation code, so I entered the code which I got when I bought it but it shows code is already on use

Any suggestions please

Im having the same problem. Im going to submit a rockstar support ticket and see what they say

Can confirm rockstar people are useless brain dead. Never buying a rockstar product ever again.
