How am I suppose to complete heist when no one is joining?

Matchmaking takes 10+ mins everytime and even when you find someone, they just die... and than one person disconnects and you have to do it all over again and again and again...

Spending 2 hours just to do one simple mission... wtf is this game.

thats nothing new. it was exactly the same when you played it years before.
search for some friends first wich can help you. or you wait and wait and wait and fail and wait and wait ... and then joins ppl with level 6 , instant kick them and wait and wait

What's your NAT type?
Strict: "Almost" impossible to host.
Moderate: Sometimes you wait for 10 min, sometimes u got a team within 2 min
Open: Best type for hosting, people join very fast.

This game is a cheater's paradise, so they don't need to do mission to unlock everything. I cannot play this title online anymore, there is no fun being blown out-of-the-land by cheaters,

Mankind is cheating in everything, feeling good about themself.

I noticed than whenever I do mission that involve everyone in lobby, glitches start to happen...
