Need help increasing STRENGTH STAT
Hello everyone.
Can anybody give me tips and tricks on how to increase Strength in GTA Online?
I've tried punching pedestrians but it doesn't work and golf only gives me 1% for all 9 holes.
Is there any way to speed this up?

Do the arm wrestling things that are on the map (can also be found at anyone's clubhouses)

How much will it increase the stat based on every game I play?

idk but I did it like 4 or 5 times only and I have 100% strength

Nah it barely works.
Did 3 matches and only got 1%

best way is punching peds. it takes alot of punching tho to max it. but it helps alot in many ways melee fighting, falling, jumping, and getting shot.

Because cops come when u start punching peds, this is what people used to do: start the contact mission 'Pier Pressure', instead of doing mission, go to the beach (where theres lots of people) and punch punch punch. This prevents cops from being called thats why. Finish mission or quit, doesnt matter.
it takes A LOTT of time for people who expect everything in two minutes. It IS NOT fast to max it so maybe do some each day.
Arm wrestling is a myth, every1 says do that but its not the best way, and u see people kicking cars melee fighting friends, no, no no, people told me to play golf, thats bs too. PUNCH PEDS.

You see, I've already done that. I had basically zero stealth so I went and started the very same mission you told me and started going around punching peds in stealth. I went from zero to max in about 1 and a half hour but my strength did not move at all.
That's confusing to say the least.

Punch pedestrians. The bodybuilders take 1 extra punch before going down, so those are good to prioritize. You can also run and try to punch everyone in a group before they run away. There is no faster way.

Edit: Don't stealth kill. Stealth is a different stat.

Go to beach and get punching those muscle NPCs.

Idea, get a mission where cops are disabled, then go to beach and get punching. Go for Gerald missions.

So stealth knockouts don't count towards strenght buildup?

Just get Gerald missions, and start punching everyone you see.
