The mission has been disrupted. return later to start the mission. What do I do?
I have tried doing this mission so many times, all 3 of the characters have no missions to do besides this one FIB mission. How can I fix this?

How do I catch a taxi? Is there a phone number?

Yes is in phone contacts with name Downtown Cab

just leave the area and return it only gets disrupted once, drive down the road a bit then come back

approach the area, stop your car at the bridge, and proceed to walk to the objective, slowly.

I think it is complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that this game has been out for at least 5 years and they never bothered to fix this.
