for normal freeroam / private vehicle
x to switch to hover mode than hold strg to earn altitude
a on the pad than left analog stick down


the abilities have to be activated by lester in the setup missions
hover mode after destroying the trucks, when you get close to the boats and flymode at the airport, when you get close to the airplane
it isn't activated in the first freeroam preparation mission
