Can't Seem to Use Special Ability?
I'm on my new PC, can't seem to use Franklin's special ability using a PS4 Controller with Steam's drivers. I also tried using the xbone controller after restarting and I still couldn't click both sticks to activate the ability? Is this a common bug?

omg I just found out what it is. R* has a recommended Steam Controller default that has a layout that doesn't translate directly to other controllers. Choose the controller template and apply it, you should be good.
How do you do this? In the controller settings, its already being seen as a PS4 controller.

Click on the game in your Steam library, then go to "controller configuration" under it. It's probably going to say "Official Configuration" on top of the screen with the button layout. Press square to browse different configs. From there, go to templates, and choose "gamepad" from the available choices there. Finally, when it shows you in the controller layout screen with "Gamepad" printed across the top, hit square again to apply the configuration. Then go back to the game and everything should be working fine.

I can't really find a solution for this either. It's pretty annoying though.

Might be a corrupt settings file in the game. Should be something on Google how to delete it.

Never had any issues with a wired 360 controller.

You should reset the machine or the game.
