GTA 5 Glitch- Can't Sprint, Shoot, or acess my phone!

This started to happen to me yesterday that if im in a hiest and open up the m menu then I will have a 80% chance it seems , to just walk around with not sprinting and i can't shoot. Only way to fix it during the hiest is to get myself killed. It even effects me going to the next round to if I didnt get killed. This also happens sometimes after a mission. This is really wiered glitch please help!

Just started happening to me today...Online is acting like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Garbage today. Errors joining sessions, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ framerates, and now this...

I know how to fix that: get inside any vehicle and drive some seconds at high speed

this game is a mess at this point and rockstar ain’t doing good. Seems like they just give up all they do is patch glitches because they want shark card money.

If you kill yourself, you'll respawn and have your abilities back. I'd much rather have a better fix for this though.

Rockstar never gonna fix it, having this today... Take 5 ages to load into the online session, despite seeing the messages and hearding people shooting... Load and I can't do ♥♥♥♥... Good Job Rockstar

Bruh I just had this like multiple times now, and this post is from 2017....

Did you perhaps pressed "caps lock" key before? It's the one that is used for the character's victory animation.

I'm saying this becasue this key is the one that sometimes caused me that same bug. I use tab and shift keys a lot (weapon wheel/sprint) so I often press that key by mistake. Luckily, I can use my keyboard's software to disable that key when playing a game.

This bug is not new at all, and don't expect R* to fix it...
