Khanjali call in from Mechanic?

Im thinking about buying the Khanjali. But i asked myself if you can order this vehicle by the mechanic. If yes i will buy it immediately. And do you have to pay a bill to Mors Mutual if it gets destroyed?

If another player destroys your vehicle, you wont pay anything, you call mors to get you same car for NO CHARGE. however if YOU destroy your own vehicle you will have to pay 1.25% of the vehicles buy price.

Plus you don't get charged if it gets destroyed on a mission even if you were at fault

I get my armored tampa destroyed by a jetpack missile laucher. Payed 20k to mors.
