Is there any new way to get back to avenger while its in auto pilot?

There seemed to be a working solution to get back to an auto pilot avenger in mid air (https://www.reddit.com/r/gtaonline/comments/7k9b0n/get_back_into_your_avenger_while_in_autopilot/) but it seems to be patched out. Does anyone else know any new way to get back to avenger while its in auto pilot? Doesnt make sense why rockstar wouldnt allow people to get back to their parked avenger in mid air..

Well. You should get in into the avanger, but sometimes because it's bugged you don't get into the cockpit, but get portet to the ground or fall out with a parachute.

you can try to stand on top of an hydra which hovers close to the cockpit
or use the rappelling function of an maverick to land on the hydra

i havent tested it, i don't know if it works

Wait. Do you mean getting in from the back or getting in from the outside?

If you mean getting in from the outside midflight.... Dream on. Because it will not be implemented in any way as it makes no sense why it should be possible. Getting in from the back of the Avanger sometimes glitches out, so I thought you mean that.

Yes but it is really hard. It is possible only from one spot and you can not spam F (or whatever is is on consoles) because you will exit it as soon as you enter it.

I heard this before, since when GTA V has taken a realisim role and people expect it to be like real life! thats ridiclous! If thats your problem, just imagine a remote controller function, there you go. It is actually possible to do these things in real world if you wanna get down to it, as US military already controls regular choppers without a pilot.

it was impossible to reenter but you can push the avenger to the ground when you park your hydra on top of it
