Which mods are not allowed to have in gta v online?
Which mods are not allowed to have in gta v online? And how do I prevent myself from accidently use them in gta v online?

ANY - are not allowed online.

Commandline.txt in gtav folder with -scofflineonly to prevent going online.

Can I just start gta v online whitout deleting all the mods files?

No, what he means is, is to open the commandline.txt in the gtav folder, enter that command and it will keep you from going online.

It's against the TOS and the EULA that you agree to upon purchasing the game, you absolutely cannot mod online.

mod files must be deleted. RPF files cannot be modded for online play. Any mods including Script mods also. Keep game files clean when online.

Backup your game files, use mods just in single player. Copy your backup back into your GTA folder when you wanna go online.

There are some mods that disable themselves or crash your game intentionally when you hit online, but only a small handful do that. Just keep it strictly to SP.
