Fix the Casino Car Glitch!

I lost my prize car due to it blowing up because it didn't come with insurance but the other cars I won did have it. It's an issue with other people that I've talked to on Reddit.

Guys be sure to insure your car after winning it from the casino because they some times don't come with insurance. I won 3 cars and 2 of them had Insurance and my deveste 8 was lost because of that. Be carful
