If you get kicked out of small sessions (1-5 players usually) it's just them kicking everybody so they can do CEO/MC stuff in peace
If you get kicked from Heists it might be a low rank
Ditto from missions but you also get kicked if you have a high rank, that is now commonly happening to me. I guess they think if you are above a certain rank you are a cheater or something silly like that.
It's probably rockstar servers tho to be fair, while I don't experience alot of kicks, I do experience getting dropped, or a network error or some other BS from rockstars weak network code.
Hope this help. Slow connection will make you stay in a public lobby by youself, and if you in a lobby by yourself, you can still do most of the CEO missions without anyone bothering you.
