Reliable Penumbra spawn location in GTA Online?

Trying to find that car since I am kinda a Mitsubishi enthusiast. Don't care if that car is inferior to other ones.

Btw, trying to find it in GTA Online, not the main story portion of the game.

I find it quite commonly in the southern LS area, (Davis, etc. sometimes Pillbox Hill)

get in a futo and just drive around lower LS.

It depends on the lobby, if the current lobby doesn't spawn change to new one.

If you want a certain car to spawn, not only should you be driving the proper vehicle, but you need to make sure nobody else is already in the area. Best done in empty sessions.

Never knew you had to drive specific cars to spawn other specific cars. :s Guess now I know. As True Canadian suggested, driving around in a Futo right now.

Btw, how do I even get an empty session?
