Special vehicles Grove St Garage Story Mode

the only vehicles available are the Elegy and the Go Go Monkey Blista (for completing the Monkey Mosaics mission)
on the PS3 i had a long list of cars i could use from this garage like the Liberator etc. Where are they in the PC version?

They are not in the garage selection menu because they are in the game (on the streets, on the in-game websites) for the current generation console and PC version of the game. For old generation, all of the DLC vehicles were available in the garage selection menu.

thanks, do you know if the alien vehicle will be added to the garage like the monkey car when its unlocked or will be one of a kind like the ps3 version?
