GTA, Serious Question. Is there any way to wear seatbelts

This may sound like a crazy question but every time I hit a tree or a car, I get launched out of the window and that would never happen if you wear seat belts. I understand they are criminals but I am sure they would be careful of safety (apart from Trevor) and it's f*cking annoying. If there is a way to put seatbelts, thanks and if there is not a way to put on a seat belt, please leave a comment of compliment.

Nobody wears seatbelts in GTA, otherwise yanking people out of their vehicles and carjacking them would be more difficult. They also haven't learned to separate the door lock and the ignition, so you can't lock the door while the engine is running.

You can select not to wear an Helmet if riding a bike. And when im riding my ingame version of a Harley Davidson I always leave my helmet al home. Unless I find 'the' perfect lowrider helmet then I might. But if a helmet is automaticly applied whenever I get on a bike why not the seatbelts which are found ingame in many cars. I know how to drive and am quite able driver. But yeah going 140 through the inner city. Then some npc shifts lane behind you. Hits the back of your car and before you realize it. You hit that one tree in the middle of the road and are getting involuntarily flying lessons. The seatbelt thing should have been in GTAV and there should have been an option like with the helmets. So you can choose to wear a seatbelt or not.

Someone talked about a mod. Now I dont have GTA5 from Steam. But recently downloaded it from Epic. Are there still mods I could use? And does anyone has an url to a good mod side maybe? Or specific to a seatbelt mod? Thnx in advance.
