Weekly income from Sonar Collections Dock?

I don't know if this is right but I'm reading at the second week in game is that I'm getting a large profit from Sonar Collections Dock after collecting all 30 hazard waste barrels in Los Santos pacific sea.
But so far I'm not receiving these aditional funds.
I get an e-mail from Properties Management together with Hen House weekly income $920, I see as well $710.000 from Sonar Collections Dock

Anyone would give a try responding this question mine at the topic. I'm finding confusing if I get weekly profit from Sonar Collections Dock business when I'm not seeing this 700k funding and I have two e-mail from management property payment showing the same thing. But there is no income from Sonar Collections Dock.

P.S. Checked the wiki but didn't mention nothing about 710k weekly income after collecting 30 waste barrels.
Anyone can confirm me if this is a bug?

You are not supposed to get a weekly profit from the waste barrels, they are a one time thing. If your emails keep saying you got profit from it, the bug is the email, not that you're missing the funds in your account.

Ahh okay. This completely sucks...can't believe for couple years have past this game still over rated when clearly still completely bugged.
