The money saved grab yourself a Comet and do the retro upgrade at bennys, granted you wont be able to fully trick it out but a few hiests and mission and she will be da bomb !
I have an Entity and i enjoyed it back then when i had nothing better but the Tempesta, Nero Custom, RE-7B and 811 blow that thing sky high out of the water and make it a bit redundant to have actually, just like the Turismo R i haven't driven it in quite some time (actually thinking about selling them...)
In what way "wooden"? Custom has some nice modifications (altough the liveries are a bit lame) and it handles absolutely great, is nicely fast and i can only say positive things about it. Non-Custom is also great, it really comes down whether you want some more visual customization (for example i like the spoiler that connects to the roof, looks way better than the spoiler connections on the super car abominations like the FMJ or X80)
Not a lot. It looks extremely boring and there aren't any good visual tuning options to make it look more like "boring streamlined form with no soul or personality whatsoever" (it's of course just my oppinion), it lost it's status as the best Super Car for races quite time ago, it drives good but with the laughable price tag it shouldn't be a consideration at all, not when the Tempesta sits at 1,3 million, the Nero at 1,4 million (non-custom) and the RE-7B only being a couple hundred thousand more or if you don't do Super Class races and just want something adequatly fast to drive around, the Penetrator, Entity, Turismo are all better choices for a low budget.
If you're buying just one car, the Nero at 1.4 million is probably the best, though Zentorno is cheaper and still very competitive. Otherwise you'll need around 5 cars to cover all the bases.
The Nero custom is a great car don't get me wrong, it has a lot of customization options when you upgrade at beneys, great speed, but has the same handling as an adder (which imo isn't there best).
I would recommend the t20 for everything tbh. Its top speed rivals the RE-7B. It has good acceleration, handling, and if you out off road tires on it performs just as well as a desert raid. Master double clutching with it and you race like a pro. The big con is it has no personality. Barely any customization options but it has its own spoiler animation.
And finally the 811. I just bought the his car a couple of days ago because I did a cargo mission as was in wonder on the speed. While the his he handing is poor ino (it's speedup posed to be a drift car) this car completely blows all other vehicles out the way in top speed. It almost felt like I was in a rocket voltic. I zoomed past a t20, proto, and re-7b on the last straightaway to the finish line.
It's all preference. You want a car that can take a hit but also handle good and be fast. Most if not all the time you'll be turnine a lot either in races or in freemode. Top speed doesn't mean a thing to me unless you can reach it
My son got me on to the fact that I can try this stuff for free in creator ( I love that boy :) ).
The T20 seems to be extremely well rounded, and rewarding when pushed hard.
sorry for the hijack
