Not the snow's fault your settings are at minimum. Also try driving on the highway when there's a snowstorm and it's evening. It looks amazing. And snow only lasts for like 2 days max, is that so much for you to bare? Pathetic crybabies, always crying about something.
Yeah i'm definitely playing the game on minimum on a GTX 1070. I'm not going to take advice from a mongoloid that has no clue what he's talking about.
