Is there a way to get rid of the snow?

It was gone for a few days and it's back, i'm one of the people that just doesn't like the look of it.

Yeah i'm definitely playing the game on minimum on a GTX 1070. I'm not going to take advice from a mongoloid that has no clue what he's talking about.
