Is There is Railgun on GTA V PC ??

im done checking Alamo Sea on the wrecked plane and there is no railgun there

its in story mode and you need the returning player dlc or you can just use gta save editor to get it

quick question....returning player DLC? i have the railgun but i just thought it was a thing on the sigleplayer for everyone to have fun on single player....i always thought it was just there, so what does it mean?

Means you played GTA 5 on either PS3 or Xbox 360. You also unlock a hatchet for both modes, the stallion and dukes muscle cars, and some other stuff for single player.

There is a rail gun, cheaters often force it into my weapons. Dont know where it comes from though.
