I think he meant the suit in the update. No the suit is not buyable. It is only in the juggernaut gamemode.

yeah, but honestly, theres nothing bad about these clothing glitches as they dont give protection, only for the looks.. really stupid for rockstar not making them real outfits for the freemode..

I was able to obain the outfit in freemode. you need to glitch though. Its super easy to do
