How to rebuy GTA

I have been now permanently banned from gta online without hacking. The first ban was fair enough; i downloaded a hack and used it, got banned, never used it again. Second ban i still don't even know how i got it, but that ticket was a long time ago and was only answered by your useless bots. This time I know why I have been banned. A hacker called xHardHempus (I beleive) was forcing people out of their cars and dropping loads of money on everyone in the session. I quit as quickly as I could after taking various screenshots, but I still ended up with around 200,000$ of modded cash. This was not my fault, not on purpose, and there was nothing I could have done about it.

I know this will probably be answered with all the "you are lying" and "cry moar" posts, and I have opened a rockstar support ticket but they are all answered by useless bots so I know I will probably never be unbanned, so how do I re-buy GTA so I can play online on a different account? It is one of my favourite games and I love the online mode with my friends but I cant rebuy it on steam because I already own it.

I heard that many people were getting banned after script kiddies dropped them money, so this might actualy be true.

I never cheated, apart from when i practically first bought the game my friend persuaded me to cheat to be the same level as him and after like a day i got banned and reset and have been too scared to ever do it again

I don't know what to say, I'm not lying and this is what happened. I looked it up and apparently this has been happening alot today/yesterday so maybe rockstar have started doing it for that idk

So is there no way of retreiving my progress on my account? I have had the game for nearly 3 years I think and put a lot of time, effort (and real money on the on the shark cards) and I'm halfway through the criminal mastermind challenge and I don't want to lose all this.

If not, I'll probably buy it on my second account in the sale

I think this only applies if the money is stored in the bank. Im not completely sure.
