"use the photo to locate the z type" import export

Is there a way to "use the photo" ? I probablu missed something my assistant said to me. Do I need a chopper like when doing this with an assistant ? Not sure what to do atm, HALP! thx : )

You need to use your brain and remember where on the map that photo takes place.... then you drive to that area.

Why? He basically told you that you have to look at the picture and figure out the location, which is using your brain. Nobody could know that you're even too dumb to know where you find the picture even though it's basic gta knowledge since "look up your texts on your phone" thing has been even used in single player long before.
