manual for GTA V for the pc

does anyone know where the manual for the PC version is, the rockstar games site is usless, they have GrandTheftAutoV-TheManual.msi (which isn't a microsoft install file).

I've found gta5manual.msi on a differant sitye, but that's just the xbox and ps visions

I don't know, you can probably find pdf of it. But why would you need the manual?

they have a file called "GrandTheftAutoV-TheManual.msi", which as i said before isn't a Microsoft install package I'm getting an "This installation package could not be opened, contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package" error

Why do i need the manual?

1) to try and find out how to get the chat bar to appear

2) to try and find out why the gun shop won't sell me a gun, armour, etc (he takes my money, but no gun, no ammo, no armour, nothing) I'm level 11 walking around with the same cap gun I've had since level 1 (with no ammo since the bloke in the shop won't sell me any)

3) hopefully find out why the same bloke blows my car up with a rocket launcher, shoots me with a machinegun as soon as I re-spawn, then runs me over.

Yay got the manual to work, just need to use 7-zip to open the GrandTheftAutoV-TheManual.msi file, and extract the GrandTheftAutoV-TheManual.msi, then run the extracted GrandTheftAutoV-TheManual.msi through 7-zip to install it
