Open gtav install folder.
Enable viewing of file extensions.
Delete anything that is NOT a folder AND is NOT a .RPF file.
VERIFY CACHE.

Here is the requested video on how to delete or remove mods to play online! Sorry it took so long but here it finally is. Hope it helps out those who are modding.
after you seen the basics of turning off the asi in openiv, and cutting mods folder into a seperate folder, etc...., you then would want to go into your GTAV directory and DELETE any reshade file, folder. you have in there that you put in there from your Redux folder that you downloaded. it worked for me, hope it works for you. if any questions please contact my email.
