How To Get Ramp Buggy

Hello all. I didn't play this game for a while. I saw new Import/export update and i like the cars. Anyway, when i try to buy Ramp Buggy game told me you need to buy office first. I buyed office, after that i buyed 2 garage. And finally i buyed Ramp Buggy like 3m $. But i didn't find the car. Where is the car goes? Thanks.

Its downstairs of your vehicle warehouse

You can also make it spawn via the interaction menu (m on keyboard) then vehicles -> Request Special Vehicle
